Rates are per person based on Double Occupancy. Due to the nature of this charter single occupancy fare is 200% of the per person fares above minus applicable tax and fees. No third person staterooms available. All passengers must be 21 years of age. A passport valid 6 months post cruise dates is required.
Rates do not include port taxes, fees, and prepaid gratuities: A total of $154 per person will be added to the listed cruise fares for taxes and fees ($70pp) as well as prepaid gratuities ($84pp).
Included: Onboard Meals; 24-hour stateroom dining option (room service); Onboard Watersports Platform: Snorkeling gear, kayaks, windsurfing, sailing, ski-tubing, water-skiing, (scuba additional); Exclusive live entertainment; Welcome Reception and Sunset Sail each with complimentary cocktails.
Complimentary soft beverages Included! Bottled water, sparkling water, sodas, fresh juices, milk, fruit smoothies, tea, coffee, cappuccinos, lattes, mochas and espresso are all included in your fare.
Complimentary Ground Transportation- Local Knowledge will provide complimentary group ground transportation to/from the St. Maarten airport/ship at predetermined times on the days of arrival and departure (March 16 & 23) only. Passengers must complete the Air Travel Information section in their Registration Account by February 2, 2013 so we may know your arrival and departure times. Local Knowledge will not be responsible for passengers on delayed flights or those not presenting themselves at the proper ground transportation departure locations at the designated time. Passengers also have the option to arrange their own ground transportation at their expense.
Not Included: Airfare; Alcoholic and other non-alcoholic beverages not mentioned above; Personal expenses such as laundry, internet access, & telephone calls; Spa treatments; Land tours & activities. Note- while most of our suggested activities and entertainment onshore will be at or within easy walking distance of the landing location of our ship’s launches, there may be one or more ports where organizers may suggest passengers visit local establishments or destinations for special activities or entertainment. These may require passengers to acquire ground transportation which is at the passenger’s expense.
Payment Schedule:
- Deposit: $375 per person due at registration.
- Due June 1, 2012: 50% of balance.
- Due September 1, 2012: Full payment.
Cancellations: Full refund minus $250 per person administrative fee prior to June 1, 2012. Cancellations after June 1, 2012 are 100% non-refundable. Travel Insurance is strongly recommended.
Cruise Discounts
Early Registration Discount $200 – Register and place your deposit by March 23, 2012 and receive a discount of $200 per cabin ($100 per person). Discount will be applied at the time of your final payment.
Refer Friends and Save $100 – For each stateroom you refer for booking you will receive a $100 credit. You may refer as many friends as you wish- refer ten cabin bookings and receive a $1,000 credit. Referred passengers must list your name in the appropriate section at time of their registration only. Post registration does not apply. Only one referral credit given per referred stateroom (two passengers) for fully paid passengers completing the cruise. Credits will be applied to your account at the time of your final payment.
